Tradeker terms of use

Tradeker runs skill-based trading tournaments between people who trade their own accounts on third-party exchanges. By creating an account you accept these terms, the rules of the game and the privacy policy.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and participation in this kind of tournament must be legal where you live. Tradeker may block countries and reject or close accounts without refund in case of fraud, multi-accounting or rule violations.

Risk

Trading crypto involves the risk of losing all your capital. Tradeker gives no investment advice, executes no trades and has no access to your funds. The buy-in is not refunded except as provided in the rules (cancelled table, ineligibility at start, leaving before the start).

Payments

Buy-ins are collected in USDT through a crypto payment provider. Prizes and refunds are paid manually in USDT (TRC20) to the address in the player’s profile; a wrong address entered by the player is the player’s responsibility. Tradeker keeps a rake disclosed on each table.

Decisions

Automatic disqualifications are based on exchange API data. Alerts are reviewed by the administrator, whose decision is final; all actions are audited. Where there are signs of manipulation or collusion, payouts may be withheld.

Availability

The service is provided “as is”. Technical failures are handled under the contingency rules described in the rules of the game.

Changes

We may update these terms; changes apply to tables opened after publication.
